If you have a query about your order, wish to know more information about our products before your place an order or require assistance in placing an order, please contact us.

Delivery

All of our products are delivered by courier such as CityLink, FedEx or DHL. We do not ship orders via Royal Mail. (Note - some items like Sonicwall activation keys are sent by email). 

We try to carry stock of popular items, and to ship on the day we receive your confirmed order. Larger or less popular items we can ship within two days. If your delivery requirement is urgent, please contact us before ordering, we'll be happy to discuss your requirements and ensure we can meet them before taking your cash. (Which is far easier than having to arrange refunds later!) 

Please note that whilst we choose our carriers with care, responsibility cannot be accepted by Wizards Ltdfor for delays caused when, rarely, an item is lost or delayed in shipping from our transit centre to their final destination. In the event of non-arrival of goods, please contact us in the first instance and we will endeavor to advise on the best course of action.

Occasionally shipping delays can occurr due to factors outside of our control. Such factors may include but are not limited to: industrial action, customs delays and supplier shipping delays. If your order is affected by a delay, we will endeavor to keep you informed.

Payments & Returns

Except where account facilities have been agreed, full payment for all goods is required before we will ship the goods to you. More-over such credit account facilities are only offered to regular repeat customers; this enables us to keep prices low for everyone!

In the event of a product being damaged in transit, or failing to work, please FIRST contact us to discuss what has happened. Specifically we ask that you do not attempt to return any item without first speaking to us. Whatever has happened, we will always do our utmost to minimise the inconvenience to our customer. 

It may be that we will adivse you to contact the manufacturer or UK agent of same for a particular product. We only do this when we know that that will be the fastest and easiest way for you to obtain a replacement unit under the manufacturer's warranty, for example, we never do it just to "get rid of" your call.
