Pricing

Product and option prices are displayed including VAT. A price breakdown is displayed in the cart showing the total amount exluding VAT, the amount of VAT and the total price including VAT. A full VAT invoice will be supplied.

Delivery

We make our best effort to deliver in-stock goods the next day and less common goods, of which we don't hold much stock, within two days. Deliveries are by FedEx. If you need your order urgently, please contact us before ordering and discuss your requirements. We will do all we can to meet them. 

Payment

Payment is required at the time of placing your order. Goods will not be shipped until cleared payment has been received. 

Our preferred payment method is via Google Checkout. However, if you prefer, you can pay us directly by cheque, credit card or bank transfer. To choose this optoin press the I Agree button on the checkout page and follow the instructions on the following page but NOTE that work will not start on your order until payment is received.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled up to the point where the goods are shipped.

Returns

Please contact us before making any attempt to return goods. We will work out the fastest way to resolve your problem. Note that in some cases this will be for you to contact the manufacturer or their UK agent, who will arrange a direct on-site swap out of fault units.
