Sonicwall's direct support is excellent. Provided your support contract on your Sonicwall appliance is up to date, you can contact them either by phone or via the web, from your MySonicwall portal page. 

For Thecus there's an excellent Wiki available which has more information every week. 

For Zyxel, their own web site has extensive help papers, downloads, etc.
